At Chāmpo®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance haircare; if a product isn't right for you, we offer a 30-day return window for all orders. To ensure a smooth process, please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and follow our streamlined digital portal.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original Chāmpo® box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
